Return You can return any product you’re not happy with except those included in the no return or exchange category. You will get a refund based on your method of payment whether debit/credit card or cash. Exchange You can exchange the size of any product with another size of the same product except those included in the no return or exchange category.   • Returns and exchanges are to be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The product is in its original state, new and with the tag attached.
  • Presence of the receipt.
  • Beauty products, swimwear and lingerie cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • You will be returned the full value of your purchase minus the shipping fees.
We are very sorry if you have received an item and there seems to be something wrong with it. Please CONTACT US within 48 hours of the delivery to report the issue and our team will assist you.
The item collection will be arranged within 48 hours from the date of receiving the return request, ranging from 2 to 3 working days from when we have received, evaluated and approved your return. Shipping fees are not refunded.
